When can employees access their salary on GIMO’s app?
The employee can access their salary 24/7, including holidays and weekends.
Does receiving salary through GIMO affect employees’ personal income tax or other income-related tax that needs to be paid to the government?
Personal income tax or all income-related taxes/fees to be paid to the government shall be calculated according to the Labor Contract signed between the employee and the company. Accessing salary through GIMO does not have any effect on such taxes and fees.
For successful registration on GIMO App, what information is needed to authenticate the account?
The employee needs to verify the account by providing his/her full name, phone number and employee identification number.
